At Anclademia, we are committed to providing quality training and a satisfying experience. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, which is why we offer the following cancellation and refund policy for our courses.

1. Cancellation by the student

5. Refund requests

Refund requests must be made in writing to info@anclademia.com, stating:

• Student's full name
• Reserved course
• Start date
• Reason for cancellation

Refunds, if applicable, will be made within a maximum period of 10 business days through the same payment method used.
