PER COURSE Internships in the Balearic Islands

To obtain the title of Recreational Boats Patron (PER) in the Balearic Islands, it is essential to meet the requirements in both the theoretical and practical parts.

The theoretical part, which you can complete online, does not need to be passed before starting the mandatory internship. These can be done afterwards or simultaneously, offering you great flexibility in your training.
The Safety and Navigation Practices require a total of 16 hours of navigation in motor boats. You can distribute these hours in two 8-hour trips or in four 4-hour trips, adapting them to your availability and location within the Balearic archipelago.

In addition, the training includes a Short Range Radio Operator Course, consisting of 12 hours in total.

This course is divided into 4 hours of theory and 8 hours of practice on a professional simulator. It is important to mention that this certification is valid for all higher qualifications, so you only need to complete it once, regardless of the qualifications you wish to obtain in the future in the Balearic Islands.
