He deck sailor course<\/strong> certifies that the student has obtained theoretical and practical training that, together with the accreditation of the development of professional services during a semester of boarding, will allow him or her to direct commercial vessels of up to 10 meters in length with a maximum of 12 passengers.<\/p>\n

With the professional title of deck sailor it is also possible work as a helmsman or lookout on civil ships<\/strong>, thus forming part of the navigation watch, except on fishing vessels.<\/p>\n\n
