We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, which is why we offer the following cancellation and refund policy for our courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.&nbsp;<strong>Cancellation by the student<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">to)&nbsp;<strong>Cancellations with at least 7 days&#039; notice before the start of the course:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It will be returned&nbsp;<strong>100% of the amount paid<\/strong>, deducting an administrative commission of&nbsp;<strong>[50\u20ac]<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alternatively, the student may&nbsp;<strong>reschedule the course<\/strong>&nbsp;at no additional cost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">b)&nbsp;<strong>Cancellations between 3 and 6 days before the start of the course:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It will be returned&nbsp;<strong>50% of the amount paid<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">c)&nbsp;<strong>Cancellations with less than 72 hours&#039; notice or no-shows:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>No refunds will be made<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.&nbsp;<strong>Specific clause for Navigation Licenses<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the case of courses of&nbsp;<strong>Navigation License<\/strong>, if the student&nbsp;<strong>Do not show up without giving at least 48 hours&#039; notice<\/strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>does not justify the absence due to serious causes or force majeure<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>No refunds will be issued nor will free rescheduling be offered.<\/strong>&nbsp;of the course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.&nbsp;<strong>Cancellation by the school<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In case of cancellation by the nautical school (due to weather conditions, lack of quorum or force majeure):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The student will be offered the option to:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Reschedule the course<\/strong>&nbsp;on a new date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.&nbsp;<strong>Online theoretical courses or digital material<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once access to the digital or theoretical content (manuals, platform, exams) has been delivered,&nbsp;<strong>no refund will be made<\/strong>, unless the content has not been accessible for reasons attributable to the school.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This clause is specific to the online course because once you&#039;ve paid and gained access to the virtual classroom, the course begins at your own pace, allowing you to view confidential school material and your own videos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.&nbsp;<strong>Refund requests<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refund requests must be made in writing to info@anclademia.com, stating:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Student&#039;s full name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reserved course<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Start date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reason for cancellation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds, if applicable, will be made within a maximum period of&nbsp;<strong>10 business days<\/strong>&nbsp;through the same payment method used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.&nbsp;<strong>Contact<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For any questions or changes, please contact us:<br>\ud83d\udce7 info@anclademia.com<br>\ud83d\udcde 93 459 57 50<br>\ud83c\udf10 https:\/\/anclademia.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.&nbsp;<strong>Definition of \u201cstart of course\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the purposes of this policy, the following are understood as:&nbsp;<strong>start of the course<\/strong>&nbsp;the moment in which it has been&nbsp;<strong>confirmed the reservation by payment<\/strong>, and it has been&nbsp;<strong>assigned the student a specific date<\/strong>&nbsp;for the completion of the course, whether theoretical, practical or both.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the date is assigned and&nbsp;<strong>payment made<\/strong>, the course is formally considered&nbsp;<strong>initiated<\/strong>, even if the activity has not physically started<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pol\u00edtica de cancelaci\u00f3n y devoluciones \u2013 Pr\u00e1cticas de perfeccionamiento<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para confirmar la reserva de una pr\u00e1ctica de perfeccionamiento, ser\u00e1 necesario realizar el pago integro correspondiente.
